In this episode of "Pinky and the Brain," the Brain is attempting to bring the Moon down to the Earth and so he creates a prototype of a machine to do so in order to explain his project to Pinky.  The prototype is made from an ice cream scoop and a horseshoe.  Storyboards by Ed Oslon.
